Semantic Government Solution Offering
|
This SemGov offering has a general organization of methodology that has this structure:
- Phases
- Activities
- Tasks
- Activities
Each one of these hierarchical levels follows a structured format for how to describe and characterize it.
A Phase is the most aggregate structure in the methodology for organizing how the project is managed. There are five phases in the SemGov methodology. Each is comprised of multiple Activities, which are in turn comprised of multiple Tasks. The Phases category comprehensively lists all phases across the structure.
An Activity itself is comprised of one or more (generally a few) Tasks. The Activity category comprehensively lists all activities.
Task is the most specific structure in the methodology. The Task category comprehensively lists all tasks across all Activities and all Phases. Each Task listing follows a structured input format.
