Phase Concept

A Phase, as used in this SemGov offering, is the most aggregate structure in the methodology for organizing how the project is managed. There are five phases in the SemGov methodology. Each is comprised of multiple Activities, which are in turn comprised of multiple Tasks.

The Phases category comprehensively lists all phases across the structure.

We thus have a general organization of methodology that has this structure:

Each one of these hierarchical levels follows a structured format for how to describe and characterize it.
