Overall Implementation Guide

The Overall Implementation Guide is part of a series of documents that make up the core methodology behind this Semantic Government (SemGov) offering. The core documents are shown in the model below.

As the development of the methodology is a continuous process, this DocWiki has been constructed in a fashion so that functionality can be added underneath the Implementation Guide and governing Architecture.

There are five key aspects that make up this overall Guide.

• The Executive Summary provides an introduction to SemGov for organizational leaders and senior executives

• Overview and Key Concepts initiates the reader to the model methodology used in this process.

• The section on Rationale describes the multiple reasons supporting a SemGov initiative and the role of the DocWiki within it, emphasizing the foundations and importance of a 'total open solution'.

• The Overall Task List provides the overall set of Phases, Activities and Tasks for this SemGov methodology.

Supporting Assets are an integral complement to this Implementation Guide. Supporting assets provide the background information, definitions of roles, and sofware and related assets that provide the underpinnings to the Implementation Guide.
