Guiding Principles
From DocWiki
Guiding Principles are used to help formulate the initial architecture and governance model and provide a framework for decision making. Within a new project, they should be used to:
- Provide a clear linkage to business priorities
- Guide the technology organization
- Facilitate communication of the initiative to stakeholders and business users
- Help to simplify the decision-marking process
- Define initial best practices for implementation.
Guiding Principles may be written in virtually any area within the methodology.
