Here are the current DocWiki extensions, beyond what is normally packaged with Mediawiki. Note there is also another page on DocWiki that is a listing of the configuration file (LocalSettings.php) used by this instance.

CategoryTree Dynamically navigate the category structure
Data Transfer Allows for importing and exporting data contained in template calls
Multi-Category Search Represents a special page, that allows to find pages, included in several specified categories at once
Semantic Drilldown A drilldown interface for navigating through semantic data
Semantic Forms Forms for adding and editing semantic data
anysite extension Display sites
CategoryTree Dynamically navigate the category structure
Cite Adds <ref[ name=id]> and <references/> tags, for citations
External Data Allows for retrieving structured data from external URLs, databases and other sources
NiceCategoryList generate a category page showing all pages in a category, including subcategories
ParserFunctions Enhance parser with logical functions
SelectCategory Allows the user to select from existing categories when editing a page
Semantic MediaWiki Making your wiki more accessible - for machines and humans (online documentation)
SyntaxHighlight Provides syntax highlighting <source> using GeSHi Highlighter
Widgets Allows wiki administrators to add free-form widgets to the wiki by editing pages within the Widget namespace. Originally developed for Ardorado.com
Semantic Bundle A pre-packaged bundle of extensions meant to be used on wikis based around the Semantic MediaWiki extension
Semantic Result Formats Additional formats for Semantic MediaWiki inline queries
WYSIWYG extension Provides a rich-text editor to the wiki
