Activity Concept

An Activity, as used in this SemGov offering, is part of one of the five Phases in the methodology. An Activity itself is comprised of one or more (generally a few) Tasks, and is part of the overall project management approach taken herein.

The Activity category comprehensively lists all activities across all Phases.

We thus have a general organization of methodology that has this structure:

• Phases
  • Activities
    • Tasks

Each one of these hierarchical levels follows a structured format for how to describe and characterize it.
